This is an application for anticipatory bail in connection with CR No.168 of 2017 registered with Trombay Police Station. The FIR was registered on 25th June 2017 for offences under Sections 306 r/w 34 of Indian Penal Code. It is the case of prosecution that the complainant is the wife of deceased Pandurang Phadatare. The deceased had collected money from villagers for arranging employment for them. The amount was handed over to the coaccused which was not returned to the deceased. It is also stated by one of the witness that the amount was also handed over to the present applicant. This Court has allowed the application preferred by co-accused Kunal Naik being Criminal Anticipatory Bail Application No.2256 of 2018 by order dated 30th October 2018. 2.

Apparently similar role is attributed to the applicant. Hence,

ORDER

(i) In the event of arrest of applicant in connection with CR No.168 of 2017 registered with Trombay Police Station, the applicant be released on bail on furnishing PR bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one or more sureties in the like amount; (ii) The applicant shall attend the investigating officer of Trombay Police Station on 28th, 29th and 30th January 2019 between 11 am and 1 pm;

(iii) The application is disposed off.
