1] Applicant is on Ad-interim protection since 28/01/2021 which is continued from time to time. I am informed that managing director 1/2

1.207.21 aba.doc of the firm Mr. Anirudha, husband of present applicant is already arrested and released on regular bail.

2] The issue raised in the complaint is in relation to contractual obligation. That being so, case for confirmation of Ad-interim protection is made out.

(i) In the event of arrest of applicant in connection with C.R. No. 19 of 2019, registered with Govandi Police Station, the applicant be released on bail on furnishing P.R. bond in the sum of Rs. 20,000/- with one or more sureties in the like amount.

(ii) Applicant shall attend Investigating Officer from 06/12/2021 to 09/12/2021 between 10.00 a.m. to 12.00 noon and thereafter as and when directed. 3] Application stands disposed of.

In view of disposal of pre-arrest bail application, intervention application also stands disposed of.
