Learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to approach the Drug Inspector, Food and Drug Administration, Maharashtra State by way of reply to the notice dated 16th June 2016. Leave with liberty as prayed for is granted. Petition is allowed to be withdrawn and is dismissed as such. Once reply is filed by the Petitioner, Drug Inspector is directed to expeditiously take appropriate decision regarding the seizure of premises and goods of the Petitioner.
