Interim Application No. 389 of 2022 is at the instance of Union of India through Principal Chief Personnel Officer, Central Railway, Mumbai, CSMT. The prayer in the interim application is for further extension of time to conduct written examination despite extension of 3 (three) months granted by this Court vide order dated November 17, 2021. 2.

Mr. Pandian, learned counsel for the applicant submits that written examination has been scheduled on February 12, 2022 pursuant to a notification issued on January 21, 2022. Trupti

Since the written examination has been scheduled, there is no question of granting any further extension as prayed for. 4.

Interim application stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

The applicant shall proceed to conduct written examination on February 12, 2022 and thereafter, take the process of selection to its logical conclusion in accordance with law.
