The above Civil Application has been filed for restoration of the above Civil Revision Application against Respondent Nos.2 to 9. The Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution on account of the conditional order dated 19.03.2012 passed by the learned Registrar, Judicial-II of this Court. The said order became operative as the Respondent Nos.2 to 9 were not served with the notice in the above Civil Revision Application. In so far as Respondent No.2 i.e. Pune Municipal Corporation is concerned, the same is represented by advocate Mr. Abhijit P. Kulkarni. In so far as Respondent Nos.3 and 4 are concerned, they have been served by BGP.

Hence, the unserved Respondents have all been served. The Civil Application therefore, would have to be allowed and is accordingly, allowed. The Civil Revision Application is accordingly restored against Respondent Nos.2 to 9. Place the Civil Revision Application for admission on 19th January, 2015. Civil Application is disposed of. [R.M.
