By this Interim Application, the Applicants/Respondents are seeking condonation of delay of 33 days in filing the First Appeal against impugned judgment and award dated 03.02.2020 passed by M.A.C.T. Nashik.

Having considered the averments in the Interim Application, I find that there is satisfactory explanation for the delay in filing the First Appeal. Accordingly, the Interim Application is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a).
