DATE : MARCH 21, 2022 P.C.:- 1] The order impugned is arising out of Regular Civil Suit No.72 of 2006 pending on the file of Civil Judge, Senior Division, Niphad, which was initiated by the Petitioner/ Plaintiff for declaration and injunction.

2] Parties to the Petition i.e. Plaintiff and Defendant who are Petitioner and Respondent have tendered Consent Terms duly signed by their Advocates, so also parties.

3] Both the parties to the Petition are informed to be represented by their respective Power of Attorney in the suit, so also in the Petition who have duly signed and executed the aforesaid Consent Terms. 1/2

Parties hereto agree that they have gone though, signed and executed the Consent Terms. 5] As such, Petition stands disposed of in terms of the aforesaid Consent Terms. The Consent Terms be also tendered in the pending civil suit in which Court below shall draw appropriate decree. 6] Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
