Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

This Application is preferred by the original Respondents for recalling the order dated 7th January, 2016 passed by this Court in Contempt Petition No.308 of 2003, issuance of bailable warrant against them.

The learned Counsel for the Applicants submits that Applicant Nos.1, 5, 7, 9, 12, 13, 14, 16 and 17 are present in Court. On instructions from Respondents, the learned Counsel submits that they will remain present in Court on each and every date of hearing 1/2

The learned Counsel for the Applicant submits that Applicant No.2, 3, 4, 6, 8, 10 and 11 are expired. The statement is accepted. He further submits that Applicant No.15 Babaram Labde is not present in Court.

Considering the submissions made by the learned Counsel for the Applicant and averments made in the Civil Application, I satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the Civil Application. Hence following order. a) Order dated 7th January, 2016 passed by this Court, issuance of bailable warrant is stayed against the Applicant No.1)Balkrishna Pandit, 5)Darshan Bait, 7)Dilip G. Kejale, 9)Gyanadev S. More, 12)Dattaram R. Varangkar, 13)Shivaram D. Tikekar, 14)Suresh R. Kadam, 16)Smt.Parvati R. Bait, 17)Atmaram Warankar, till further orders.

b) Warrant to be executed against Applicant No.15 Babaram Labde.

c) Applicants to remain present in Court at the time of hearing of Contempt Petition No.308 of 2003.
