The petition is filed for quashing the FIR being C.R.No.13/2015 registered at Nagpada Police Station. We have perused the FIR. Perusal of the same prima facie discloses the commission of an offence under Section 509, 504, 506, 427 r/w. 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Mr. Gole submits that the allegations are false and the complainant is in habit of making such allegations. The submission cannot be accepted inasmuch as the veracity of the allegations cannot be gone into at this stage. The matter requires to be investigated, and therefore we are not inclined to interfere in this application. 4.
