The learned Advocate for the Petitioner, on instructions, seeks to withdraw the above Petition with liberty to seek appropriate reliefs against the Respondent No.1 / Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Co. Ltd. (MSEDCL) in Regular Civil Suit No. 1015 of 2019 pending on the file of the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Thane. The Petitioner shall also join the owners as party defendants in that Suit to enable the Court to hear all the parties and grant substantive reliefs in the said Suit.
