P.C:- The Regular Civil Suit No.261 of 2013, in which the impugned order dated 30th October, 2013 came to be made, has already been disposed of. The Petitioners have already instituted an appeal against the judgment and decree passed therein. Accordingly, this Petition has been rendered infructuous. However, Petitioners are be at liberty to question the impugned order dated 30th October, 2013 in the appeal instituted against final judgment and decree.
