On the earlier occasions i.e. on 19/03/2019 and 27/03/2019 at the instance of the learned counsel for the Petitioner the matter was adjourned. Today once again a request for adjournment is made by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of Respondent No.2 submits that the Petitioner is aggrieved by his suspension as police patil. Therefore, he submits that the Petitioner has an alternate efficacious remedy to approach before the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal. In that view of the matter, this Petition is disposed of with liberty to the Petitioner to avail of the appropriate remedies as are available in law. This Court has expressed no opinion on the contentions raised in this Petition on merits. The above Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. [S. S. SHINDE , J] lgc
