Notice dated 14th January 2016 will have to be challenged in accordance with law by filing a substantive proceedings. The relief of setting aside the notice cannot be entertained by way of this civil application. Accordingly, we dispose of the civil application by granting liberty to the applicant to file appropriate proceedings.
