This application is for bringing legal heirs on record of deceased respondent no.1, Gangadhar Govind Chanchakar who died on 15.4.2004.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the averments made in the Application, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the present Civil Application. Hence, following order:

a) Delay in preferring Civil Application is condoned.

16 caw391-16 b) Applicant is permitted to bring legal heirs on record of deceased respondent no.1 in Writ Petition No.2083 of 1992 within 6 weeks from today, failing which Civil Application shall stand dismissed without referring back to the court.

c) If amendment is carried out within stipulated time as stated hereinabove, applicant is directed to serve amended copy of Writ Petition on respondent or their advocate immediately thereafter.

d) Civil application stands disposed off accordingly.
