The learned Counsel for the applicant, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the application with liberty to revive the prayer for bail, if trial is not concluded within a reasonable period.

The applicant is of 22 years of age.

The applicant is in custody since 16th May, 2019. 5.

In the circumstances, it may be apposite to permit the applicant to revive the prayer for bail in the event the trial is not concluded by 31st May, 2023.

The application stands disposed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
