The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner on instructions and in view of subsequent developments including the order passed by this court in WP No.4687 of 2014 filed by the intervenor Union dated 5.5.2014 seeks liberty to move to the Executive Magistrate for an appropriate order/directions for taking possession of the secured assets. In view of this, the petition is disposed off with liberty.
