By the above Civil Application, the Applicant/Original Respondents seeks the following reliefs :- "(1) The Hon'ble Court be pleased to issue Rule in this application. (2)The Hon'ble Court be pleased to condone delay of about 175 days in filing such application.

(3) The Hon'ble Court be pleased to restore Civil Application bearing

For the reasons set out in the said Application, the order passed by the Registrar (Judicial-I) dated 18.06.2015 is set aside and the Civil Application (St) No.26158 of 2014 is restored to file. Objections to be removed within a period of one week from today, failing which the Civil Application shall stand dismiss without reference to this Court.
