The application has been filed for recalling of the order dated 22nd August, 2019 directing the applicant to file private paper book within One (1) year due to failure to file private paper book the appeal has been dismissed.

For the reasons stated in the application, the Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) and (b). 3.

The private paper book shall be filed within a period of Six

(6) months from today, in case of failure of filing private paper book the order dated 22nd August, 2019 shall be revived. 4.

The Interim Application stands disposed of in the above terms. No costs.
