Heard the learned counsel for the Applicant and the learned APP for the State.

Perused the averments made in the Application. It is contended that amendment could be carried out in terms of the order dated 21st October 2016 as first part was missing and that the application was dismissed.

By accepting the aforesaid statement as correct, we allow the application in terms of prayer clauses (a) to (c) with modification that time to carry out amendment is extended by a period of three weeks from the date on which this order is uploaded. 4.

If the first part is not traceable, the Registry shall immediately take steps to reconstruct the same within a period of two weeks from today. If compliance is made as above, notice be issued to the added Respondent, returnable on 16th March 2017.

Ad-interim relief granted on 21st October 2016 shall continue to operate till the returnable date. Application is disposed of on the above terms.
