This is an Application for suspension of sentence and grant of bail during the pendency of Appeal.

Heard the learned Counsel Mr.R.S. Kate for the Applicant and the learned APP Mr.V.V. Gangurde for the State. Nesarikar

Vide the order dated 15/06/2018 in Criminal Application No.485/18 we considered the case of Accused No.16. 4.

Insofar as the present Applicant i.e. the Original Accused No.8 i.e. is concerned, his name is not mentioned either in the evidence of P.W.2 Eknath Dagadu Patil and P.W.3 Suresh Laxman Dalvi. In that view of the matter, we find that on the same ground, on which we have allowed the Application No.485/18, the present Application is also entitled to be allowed. 5.

The Judgment and Order of sentence insofar as the present Applicant is concerned, is suspended. 6.

The Applicant to be released on bail on his furnishing PR bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- with one or more sureties in the like amount.
