The petitioner has filed this petition for direction to the Respondent No.1 to dispose of Revision Application dated 22nd February, 2022 filed by it challenging the order dated 20th December, 2021 passed by the Additional Commissioner Konkan Division in Case No.Appeal/Desk/RTS/Revision-372/2020. The prayer in effect it is seeking invocation of this Court's power under Sharada

15-WP-951-2023 Article 227 of the Constitution of India, which is supervisory in nature.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submitted that his limited prayer is for issuing directions to the Respondent No.1 to dispose of the pending Revision Application within a stipulated time.

The request is not unreasonable. The Respondent No.1 is, therefore, requested to dispose of the Petitioner's Revision within a period of ten weeks from today. The Petitioner shall appear before the Respondent No.1 on 20th April, 2023. 5.

The petition is disposed of accordingly.
