The above Petition was on board yesterday when after arguing for some time, the Learned Counsel for the Petitioner sought time to seek instructions as regards the withdrawal of the above Petition. Today the Learned Counsel for the Petitioner on instructions seeks withdrawal of the above Petition. The above Petition is accordingly allowed to be withdrawn and dismissed as such.

Needless to state that if any application for discharge is filed by the Petitioner, the same would be tried on its own merits and in accordance with law.
