It appears that the learned Counsel for the Petitioner is not aware of the stage of the proceedings. In view of this, the prayers in the petition have become infructuous. In any case, the petition is of the year 2013 and there has been no progress in the petition, except granting adjournment in favour of the petitioner. The Petition stands dismissed as infructuous and is disposed of accordingly.
