This is an application for intervention by original Complainant in CR No.I-269 of 2015 registered with Kasarvadavli Police Station, Thane. For the reasons stated in the application and in the interest of justice, I am inclined to allow the present application.

The applicant in Anticipatory Bail Application No.1811 of 2015 is hereby directed to implead the original complainant as respondent no.2. The amendment to be carried out within two weeks from today and an amended copy of the application be served upon the Advocate for the respondent no.2 within the said period.
