The above Civil Application has been filed seeking expeditious hearing of the above Civil Revision Application. The ground made out is that the Applicant No.1 is about 60 years of age and is suffering from some ailments. The Applicants who are the heirs of the original Defendant to the Suit have filed the above Civil Revision Application challenging the decree of eviction passed by the Trial Court which has been confirmed by the Lower Appellate Court. The Civil Revision Application is of the year 2011, hence the request of the Applicants for expeditious hearing of the above Civil Revision Application cannot be exceeded to at this stage. The Applicants may renew their request in the year 2018. The Civil Application is accordingly disposed of.
