By this civil application, the applicant prays for expeditious hearing of the civil revision application on the ground that the applicant is a senior citizen aged about 82 years.

Having perused the averments made in the civil application, it is in the interest of justice that hearing of the civil revision application be expedited. It is accordingly allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).
