The petition had come up before the Division Bench on 25 February 2021 and the Division Bench recorded that after hearing the Petitioner, the Court was not inclined to interfere on merits of the matter but had adjourned the matter only with a view to grant an opportunity to the parties to explore the possibility of settlement.

In light of the order passed on 25 February 2021, as a matter of judicial discipline, we are not inclined to hear the matter on merits. Leaving opportunity open to the Petitioner to apply for discharge, if the Petitioner is desirous to do so, the writ petition is disposed of.
