Heard the learned counsels for the respective parties. 2.

By this application, the applicant has sought restoration of Civil Application No.4144 of 2013 in First Appeal No. 1169 of 2012 and further prayed to condone the delay of 176 days in fling the restoration application.

Mr. C.M. Lokesh, learned counsel for the respondent no.1 submits that he has no objection to condone the delay and to restore the civil

In the light of the above statement, civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a), (b) and (c). Delay in filing the restoration application is condoned. Amendment to be carried out within a period of two weeks from today.
