Heard the learned Counsel for the parties. No document on record shows that the appellants were ever in possession of the suit property. The appellants contend that the suit property is an ancestral property of appellants and respondents. After hearing the matter for some time, this appeal can be conveniently disposed of by directing the learned trial Court to decide the suit expeditiously. The learned Counsel for the parties agree to cooperate with the learned trial court for expeditious disposal of the suit pending before the learned trial court.

In light of this, the learned trial court is requested to decide the suit expeditiously and preferably within six months of receiving this order. The parties are directed to maintain the status quo regarding the suit property till the decision of the suit. As a sequel, the interim application also stands disposed of. [ R. N. Laddha, J. ]
