Having heard learned Counsel appearing for the respective parties, we are of the considered view that this petition can conveniently be disposed of by directing the Appellate Authority i.e. the Respondent No.2 to dispose of the application filed by the petitioner in Appeal No.329 of 2014, copy of which is annexed at Exhibit C to the petition, as expeditiously as possible, in any case within two weeks from the receipt of this order. Ordered accordingly. pps

In the event the Appellate Authority fails to dispose of the said application within time stipulated above, the order impugned in the petition, namely the order dated 3.12.2014 passed by the respondent no.3 externing the petitioner for the period of one year from Pune District shall remain stayed, during pendency of Appeal No.329 of 2014.

Writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
