The Petitioners, State of Maharashtra has challenged the order of Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal, Mumbai dated 29 November 2017 for setting aside the order suspending the Respondent from the service. The Respondent was working as a watchman.

The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. 4.

The other issues that may arise regarding services of the Respondent are kept open and to be considered in the appropriate proceedings.
