This is an application received through jail seeking expeditious hearing of the appeal. The applicant herein has submitted that he has been sentenced to 10 years' imprisonment under the provisions of the NDPS Act vide judgment and order dated 30.11.2009. He was arrested on 13.3.2006 and has completed more than 9 years.
