This is second application for bail. The first application was disposed off vide order dated 27th November 2018. Since the applicant was in custody from 15th March 2018, the applicant was permitted to prefer fresh application for bail in the event trial does not commence within a period of six months from the date of receipt of order. 2.

The applicant has preferred this application before this Court before expiry of six month's period as stipulated in order dated 27th November 2018. In view of this, the application stands disposed off by maintaining liberty granted in the earlier order. However, before the expiry of period indicated in order dated 27th November 2018, the applicant will be at liberty to prefer application for bail on medical grounds on account of ailment of son of applicant before Trial Court.
