Furlough leave sought by the prisoner has been rejected by the Competent Authority on 10/6/2019 and the appeal has been dismissed on 10/12/2019.

Learned APP has pointed out that the prisoner absconded earlier when he was released on furlough leave. He was required to be arrested and brought back after 2069 days. We find that he was brought back on 28/11/2009.

As per the policy of the Government, in this situation his name could be restored back on remission register after completing the formalities.

We therefore, direct the respondents to complete those nilegaonkar 1/2

With these directions, we dispose of the present proceedings.
