Learned APP on instructions from Superintendent, Nashik Road Central Prison, Nashik submitted that, the Petitioner was released on COVID-19 Pandemic emergency parole leave on 24th December, 2020 and he surrendered to jail Authority within stipulated period. That, the Petitioner was also granted furlough leave on 17th November, 2022. That, the Petitioner has returned to the jail Authority within stipulated period. 2.

In view thereof, present Petition has become infructuous and is accordingly disposed off.
