CA2417.15-17.doc CIVIL APPLICATION NO.2415 OF 2015 AND CIVIL APPLICATION NO.2418 OF 2015 The learned Advocate for the 1st and 2nd respondents seeks time to file reply. Reply shall be filed within one month from today. Going by the averments made in Civil Application No.2415/2015, it appears to be the case of the applicants that the 1st and 2nd respondents have created 3rd party interest by letting out certain premises as disclosed in paragraph-6 of the said application.
