The learned A.P.P Mr.Konde-Deshmukh, tenders a letter dated 29th June, 2018 of the Special Executive Magistrate i.e. the Assistant Commissioner of Police, Turbhe Division, Navi Mumbai, in which, it is stated that the proceedings in question against the Petitioners have been withdrawn.

In view thereof, the learned counsel for the Petitioners Mr.Pendse seeks withdrawal of the above Petition. 3.

The Writ Petition is accordingly allowed to be withdrawn and dismissed as such. The letter dated 29th June, 2018 is taken on record and marked as 'X' for identification.
