The under-trial prisoner has approached this court for expeditious disposal of his case and for his production before the court. Learned APP points out that Crime No. 330 of 2016 was registered against the prisoner and now trial for offence under sections 342, 395, 397, 452, 120(B) of IPC and sections 3 and 25 of the Arms Act and under Maharashtra Police Act is pending against him vide Sessions Case No.134 of 2017 (163/2018). We find that the prisoner has not been produced in person before the Sessions Court for last more than one year. The papers show that the trial court has ordered his production on video conferencing only. We also take a note of the fact that on nilegaonkar 1/2
