This application is moved for bail mainly on the ground that the trial Court to commence early and to complete the Sessions case as per the order passed by this Court on 26th September, 2014. However till today the trial is not over and secondly co-accused Suraj Patil was granted bail by the order passed by this Court on 6th January, 2015. 2.

The learned prosecutor informs this Court that in this case not only the charge is framed however six witnesses are examined and this Court has already extended time by three months to complete the trial. 1 / 2

In view of this submission as the time is already extended for three months, application is disposed of without passing any order on merits.
