The Learned Counsel for the Applicants after arguing for sometime on instructions seeks withdrawal of the above Civil Revision Application to raise the issue of limitation and for the same to be tried under Order 14(2) of the Civil Procedure Code by filing an appropriate application in that regard. The Civil Revision Application is accordingly allowed to be withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. If any such application is filed invoking Order 14(2) of the Civil Procedure Code, the Trial Court would consider the same in accordance with law.
