P.C:- By this petition, the Petitioner challenges the FIR No.2 of 2015 filed under Section 420, 354 of the Indian Penal Code on 2 January 2015. After filing the petition, the same is kept pending without circulating it for any order. The Petition has come up on board in regular course. There is no interim relief. 2.

The learned APP states that the charge-sheet is already filed. Keeping all contentions of the Petitioner open in case the Petitioner approaches the concerned trial court for relief, the Writ petition is disposed of.
