The apprehension of the Petitioners is that the Respondent - Corporation may demolish the Petitioners' structure in question without giving notice in that regard to them. 2.

The learned counsel appearing for Respondents submit that the Petition is misconceived as presently no action has been taken in regard to alleged demolition. They submit that in case demolition of the Petitioners' structure in question is to be carried out, VRD 1/2

WP904.17 appropriate notice will be issued.

Recently the stand taken by the Respondents, we dispose of this Petition.
