The above Writ Petitions have been filed for transfer of investigation from the local police to the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI). However, the investigation stood transferred to the State CID on 26/02/2018 which is now investigating into the C.R. Nos. 18 of 2018 registered with Manikpur Police Station and C.R. No.13 of 2018 registered with Arnala Sagari Police Station. The said fact have transcended the above Writ Petitions which have accordingly turned infructuous.
