This is an application for transit anticipatory bail. The applicant is apprehending arrest in F.I.R. No.137 of 2015 of Secretariat Police Station, Patna, Bihar, for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 409, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120(B) of IPC. The learned Counsel for the applicant submitted that the applicant will approach the Court of competent jurisdiction where the first information report is registered within a period of two weeks from today and till then the applicant may be protected by way of transit anticipatory bail. After taking into consideration the facts mentioned in the

application and in the interest of justice, the applicant is protected by an order of pre-arrest bail for a period of two weeks from today with a view to enable him to approach the Court of competent jurisdiction at Patna, State of Bihar.

Hence, the following order:- (i) In the event of arrest of the applicant either by the Maharashtra Police and/or the Police from Secretariat Police Station, Patna, State of Bihar, he shall be released on bail in F.I.R. No.137 of 2015 registered with Secretariat Police Station, Patna, Bihar, on his furnishing a P.R. Bond of Rs.25,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount. (ii) This pre-arrest bail is granted to the applicant for the specific purpose for approaching the concerned Court in the State of Bihar for a limited period of two weeks from today and the same shall not be extended for any reason.

(iii) All the concerned to act on the authenticated copy of this order.
