Learned Counsel for the Applicant states that the ApplicantInsurance Company shall deposit the entire amount as per the impugned judgment and Award dated 12.11.2019 passed by MAC, Nashik in MACP NO.30 of 2013 within four weeks. In view of the said statement, implementation and execution of the impugned Judgment and Award is stayed till the next date of hearing.
