This is an application for cancellation of bail granted by this Court vide order dated 02/11/2012 in Anticipatory Bail Application No.958/2012 arising out of C.R.No.267/2012 registered at Chaturshringi Police Station. Mr. Piyush Toshniwal, learned counsel for the applicant as well as Mr. S.R. Garud, learned counsel for respondent nos.2 and 3 have submitted that the first information report pursuant to which the said crime was registered, has already been quashed by the Apex Court. They have placed on record copy of the judgment dated 19th January, 2018.

In the light of above, the application does not survive hence, stands disposed of.
