The learned counsel for the Applicant, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the Application, as in the meantime, one of the co-accused has been granted bail by the learned Sessions Judge. It is submitted that the Applicant intends to approach the learned Sessions Judge, afresh for bail on the ground of parity. 2.
