We are inclined to dispose of the present writ petition, by directing the Respondents/concerned Authorities to decide the Appeal under Section 33 of the Urban Land (Ceiling & Regulation) Act, 1976 as early as possible and preferably within eight weeks, since the same is pending for more than 28 years. The order accordingly. No costs.
