P.C.:- 1) In pursuance of order dated 28th August 2023, Dr. Ashok Thorat, Civil Surgeon, Nashik is present. He submitted that cataract operation of Petitioner of his left eye has been performed yesterday at Civil Hospital.

2) In view thereof, the grievance of the Petitioner does not survive.

3) The Superintendent, Nashik Road Central Prison, Nashik is directed to produce the Petitioner in the Civil Hospital, Nashik for further follow-up on the scheduled date.
