There was an order dated 27th January 2015 made two and half years ago directing the Appellants to deposit the decretal amount in two installments of 50% each: the first within six weeks and the remaining within 12 weeks. Nothing has been deposited. 2.
I am today told that the Appellants did not have the financial means to do so but they have now arranged the funds and these will be deposited by 4th August 2017. It is made clear that if the amount is not deposited by that date, and there will be no extension of time 5th July 2017
26-CAF306-15.DOC under any circumstances, the Appeal will stand summarily dismissed without further reference to the Court. 3.
The Civil Application is disposed of in these terms with no order as to costs.
